Planning a Family
Are you anticipating the arrival of your little one, or planning to become a parent at some point in the future? Do you sense that there’s a way to experience this journey in a more grounded, centered and present way—where inner strength and spaciousness take priority?
Parenthood can feel overwhelming with so many competing demands and expectations pulling at your time and energy.
Perhaps you’ve seen the challenges of parenthood firsthand through a family member, a friend, or your own parents. Or maybe your own childhood memories are guiding you to do things differently with your child. You are craving the strength to navigate the ups and downs of parenthood with a greater sense of ease and peace.
Entering parenthood is a time of beautiful change, but also a time of vulnerability. Your responsibilities shift, and suddenly more is being asked of you. Relationships evolve as you create a family unit, and your own needs and desires may change too. It can feel overwhelming with so many voices telling you how it’s done, and there’s often more fear than grace around doing things differently.
What my own experience of motherhood has taught me is this: Trust your intuition. Move in a way that feels right for you. Give yourself the space you need, and slow things down so that you and your partner can enjoy a truly beautiful experience of family life, growing and evolving at a pace that feels aligned with your family’s needs. You don’t have to keep up with everyone else.
I learned Vedic Meditation when my children were very little, and it has brought me the capacity to be present and courageous beyond anything I could ever have imagined.
I would be truly honored to teach you this life supporting technique so that you can courageously and confidently make empowered decisions for you and your family, and most importantly, enjoy the precious moments during this stage of your life.
From one parent to another.
